This online adaptation of the Dr Horowitz's questionnaire, by the Karl McManus Foundation,
has been designed to assist individuals to assess whether they should seek specialist medical attention.

The original questionnaire required the allocation of points for each question based on your answer.
In this online adaption the process has been automated so that
you can review the final outcome without having to juggle the numbers.
The Section numbering follows Dr Horowitz original works
however due to the online automation Section 2 is managed automatically and does not appear.
